The Woodconnection team have more than 25 years experience within the production and installation of wood products to support and advise our clients in the best way possible. The roots of the Woodconnection group was founded in Denmark 1989. Own flooring plant was established in the northern part of Denmark 1994 as Danish Plank Company. The production moved to Northern part of Poland in 2011 as where most of the Woodconnection products are produced today.
Woodconnection’s mission is to produce and custom make, very high end European quality wood flooring, solid stair treads, countertops and interior at competitive prices. Woodconnection hold warehouses for flooring and hardwood decking in Denmark, South Africa and USA to support local sales. Raw materials are specially and directly sourced from Europe, South and North America.

Plank
Solid wood is lumber that has been milled directly from trees. Solid wood floors have a thicker wear surface and can be sanded and finished more times than an engineered wood floor. It does not warp as easily.
Parquet
Parquet is a geometric mosaic of wood pieces used for decorative effect in flooring. Parquet patterns are often entirely geometrical and angular – squares, triangles, lozenges. The most popular parquet flooring pattern is herringbone.
Decking
Wood or timber decking can be used in a number of ways: as part of garden landscaping, to extend living areas of houses, and as an alternative to stone based features such as patios. Decks are made from treated lumber.

Skirting boards run around the lowest part of an interior wall. Typically, they cover the joint between the floor and the wall surface. they are more commonly to be a simple plank of timber that has been fixed with nails, screws or glue.
